Rise and Grind Training
Rise and Grind is a high-energy, early session built for players who want extra touches and focused skill work before the day gets busy. This training is all about consistency, technique, and confidence, showing up ready to work and leaving better than you arrived.
Who Its For
Open to all participants, any age and experience level. Groups are organised on-court so athletes train at an appropriate pace and challenge level.
What We Work On
- Ball control and first contact (passing and serve receive)
- Setting fundamentals and clean hands
- Attacking mechanics, footwork, and timing
- Defensive movement, reading, and effort plays
- Serving routines and game-like reps
- Competitive drills to apply skills under pressure
